You don't. Word templates and Outlook forms are totally different. What you can do is create a new document from the Word template, then use the File | Send comnand in Word to generate an email message from that document.

Is there a difference in size of email when you do a Word File and File /
Send Vs. Word file / save as HTML / then load the html in browser and File / Send? we've been doing Word - File/Send and it's turning to be BIG 1-4 megs message and it freezes everyone outlook client.
