Default fields and data

I customized one form of type message & published in outlook. I run that
form using file-new-choose form and then entered some data in fields (which
are on form) then I sent that email to myself. But that email in my inbox
doesnot show data which i entered ?

I used field chooser/control tool box to design fields on form & then I
used Value tab of the Properties dialog box to bound.

Please help me to fix this.

Where did you publish the form? DId you click the Edit Read Page button and add a control to the form's read layout to show the same field?
