Default How can I get all contacts to use modified contacts form?

I've been able to add some new fields to my contacts form in Outlook 2007,
but I can not seem get it to become my new "default" form and have all my
contacts show in the new form. What do I need to do?

Go to www.outlookcode.com and search on "default", without the quotes, and
one of the results will be a page that tells you how to do this.

To change existing items so that they display using a published custom message form, you need to change the value of the MessageClass property on each item so that it points to the published form's class, e.g. IPM.Contact.MyForm. The page at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm has links to scripts and tools to do this.
