Creating an outlook form for Phone Messages
I would really like to create a custom form to manage phone calls. Something
with customizable fields.. Say a drop down message for who the message is for, and an auto Date/Time feild etc. I'd think that someone has already created one someplace that I could install onto my system here, instead of having to figure out how to create my own form.

Creating an outlook form for Phone Messages
There should be one listed at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mssampleapps.htm. Note that it will need to be published to the Organizational Forms library or to each user's Personal Forms library.
