I work in the IT dept of a hospital and the Imaging Dept uses Exchange public
folders w/ Outlook to schedule appointments. Each type of equipment has a different schedule. Some are 30min appt 9:15-9:45 for example some are 15 minunte etc. Each kind of equipment has its own public folder. Heretofore the scheduler has used recurring appointments to block time then changes the appt to enter the patient. This drives Exchange nuts as the recurring appointments are not really recurring but individual. I need a custom calendar view for each folder that could in some way high light the available appt times and not use recurring appts. For example rather than having large font for each even hour I would like to have large fonts at 1/4 and 3/4 past the hour plus a highlight for the time block. Any way to do this? -- |

What do you mean by "having large font"? All the calendar can display are the appointments created in it. Why do you say that Exchange is driven nuts?

The Outlook default calendar view has large numbers for the top of the hour
and 30 min. I want to change the view so that the large number are 9:15 9:45 for example. It also has the normal work day 8-5 in a different color. I would like to change the highlighted color also but not using recurring appointments. When we make too make changes to our recurring appointment Exchange "loses track" and the scheduler cannot change or delete the appt. -- "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: What do you mean by "having large font"?
