Can I stagger my sending of mails
My mail server blocks my mails if i send more than a specified number in a
minute. Can I configure a rule in outlook so that when I forward a bulk of messages, it staggers their sending to something like x per minute and stores the unsent ones in the outbox till then. I'm using outlook 2003 SP2
