Creating a template with no "To" or "CC" field
Hi
My team and i are requred to send out updates to our customers regarding network outages etc. However as this is a new process for the team we have come accross a couple of instances whre users have inputted the whole distribution list into the "to field and not the "BCC Field". How can i create a template that has only the "BCC" field. I have teid creating a template earlier with only the "BCC" and "From filed" but when i use it i get "Unable to Send this item. The E-mail box should have only one address"
