Default Signature in Message Field

I have Outlook 2003. I created a New Mail Message typing in text in the
message field and saving this as an .OFT file. Then I published this form.

My problem is when a user uses this form, their signature block pops in at
the top of the message field instead of at the end. Since the text in the
field is like a letter, I need the signature to appear at the end so it
appears they're signing the letter.

Can this be done?

Thanks in advance!
