I recently switched from dial up to satellite and suddenly "sometimes" when I
type in the body of a message nothing shows up on the screen...it's delayed...sometimes for about 1-2 minutes...then everything APPEARS at once...it's very annoying and my ISP says it's Microsoft not them...help! Joodie (the e-mail address they have is incorrect |

If yes, Outlook will hog all the memory it can get and will starve other applications. Consequently, when you enter text in your editor, it will have to page out some of its fat to make room for your new task. Moral of this story, keep Outlook minimized at all times when you are not actually using it. What else are you running that competes with Outlook for memory? -- Hollis Paul Mukilteo, WA USA |
