I have an Organization Forms Library setup where you can access all of the
forms properly in Outlook 2003 and send them when loading them and making no changes to the email. However, if you attempt to make a change to the email that uses the form, it will get stuck in the Outbox and the recipients do not receive the email. I believe some of the original forms may have been created in a prior version of Outlook (XP or 2000). The ones in the Org library were copied from a Personal Forms Library to the Org library in Outlook 2003. I have checked the save location for the sent items to see if that was the problem, but it was properly trying to save to the user's sent folder. Any help is appreciated. Thanks |
