Hello,
I have Outlook 2003 and have created a published a message form which has a few issues. 1) The form has a "From" field which I told the users they don't have to complete because it'll automatically completed when they send the email. My problem is I have a print button on the form and when they print the form before sending the email, the "From" field is empty. They are having to go to their sent items folder and print the form from there to see the "From" field completed. 2) I have a message box on my form and the Insert File button (paperclip) is on my toolbar. Again, they can't see there is a file attached on the form until after they send it. 3) My understanding is the mouse wheel won't work in an Outlook form. I just want to confirm there's no way around this. All assistance and advice is greatly appreciated. |
