I want to send email message when event remainder cased in outlook
i want to send the subject and body from the appointment to email

Default need to send mail when remainder event cased

Take a look at the Reminders.ReminderFire event.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for general Outlook programming issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_vba or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm....program_v ba
