We have a custom form in our organizational forms library that was recently
changed. I have a user that keeps getting the old form when she opens an email with the form. I tried to clear the forms cache on her outlook 2003 client but it still pulls up the old form. How do I fix this? |

You should always use Publish As and put the version number in the published as name of the form--MyForm_ver00N. You never have cache problems, and you can easily keep three generations of the form for backup and one-off problems during the development cycle. Hollis D. Paul [MVP - Outlook] Mukilteo, WA USA |

Good advice. I will advice the form developer to do that from now on. As
for my issue, I found that the suer had the old form in her personal forms library. After deleting that, she was all set. Thanks. "Hollis D.
