I created a custom form from a message format.
We are using the form for our Office Manager to send out to each employee every morning to collect time worked, overtime, etc. We are using Exchange 2003. When the Officer manager sends out the form, each employee sees the form properly. If they hit reply, they get a blank email message (without the form fields). The only way for the office manager to get the form back is if we forward the message, but then the fields are blank. I did use the control fields to bind the data. Is there something else I'm missing? I also was not able to publish the form to the Organization Forms library, it gave me an error message that I could not put it there. It's published to a new message folder within the Inbox. Any help would be greatly appericated. Brian |

Try going in design mode of the form and on Actions tab.
Go to Action Name as Reply and in Creates form of the type you can set your custom form to be used in reply. To publish the form in organizational library you need certain permissions http://support.microsoft.com/kb/244591/en-us |
