Default images in Outlook forms?

Perhaps I'm attempting something that is a little bit out of my league, but I
was wondering if anyone could give me any insight on the following scenario:

I currently have my fax server set up so it sends a copy of all incoming
faxes to a public folder in our exchange server. Right now, this folder is
set up using the the standard "post" form. The fax shows up as a .TIF
attachment, and the message body has details about when the fax was received
and who it is from.

What I would love to do is set up some kind of form for this public folder
that actually shows the fax .TIF file, not just the attachment. (ie when a
user opens the post in the public folder, I want the image of the fax to show
up.)

Is this something I could do without any kind of VB programming?

TIA

That functionality would require programming either on the client or on the server or both.
