I've designed a new Outlook form for us to use as a Customer Site Report. I
saved it as a ".oft" file. I would like to do the following: 1. Create a new public folder to keep all these in. 2. When I click on send, I want it to automatically go to the public folder, and I want a distribution list of people to get a message saying "a new site report has been created" and perhaps contain the link to the new message in the public folder. What do I need to do to accomplish this? Do I need to have each recipient get the initial .oft file and publish it to their personal forms library? Thanks in advance for all your help. kr00zn |
