Thanks and Choose an Outlook folder, right-click it, choose properties, then when the Properties Panel opens, click the forms tab. There you will find the Forms Manager, which will let you delete forms. To rename a form, open a blank instance of it, click Tools - Forms - Design this form. When the design environment appears, click Tools - Forms - Publish As and give it a new name. Then use the forms manager to delete the old one. In Forms development, it is a good idea to include the version number in the form name--MyForm_Ver00x--and create a new version with every change. Then you can easily keep three generations of the form, so that when it one-offs you can go back to the last good form design. Personally, I keep all versions until I know it is working, and then reduce to the three last versions. Hollis D. Paul [MVP - Outlook] Mukilteo, WA USA |
