I want to send message to a group of my team member, but each team member
should see their name email id alone in the To field. i.e, sending mail to a group of person as if sending to individual. please tell me how to do this? |

Hello
I'm not a programmer, but another way around it is that you could do the following (I'm assuming you have a Distribution List containing your Group members' email addresses): 1. leave the To: field empty 2. insert your group's Distribution List name in the BCC field; and 3. click on the + next to the Distribution List name to expand the list to show the actual members. That way they will receive an email with their individual name in the BCC field. Hope that helps. Another non-code solution is to use a mail merge to send individual messages to select recipients in a contacts folder.
