Default New email opens with questions already in the body.

We have links that takes customers to a new email where the alias is already
filled in the TO. The email goes to a support team and usually the customer
forgets to enter some of the information required.

We would like to have prefilled questions on the body of the email so that
we make sure the customer enters all of the needed information.

Is there a simple way to create this with Outlook?

Thanks

If you're already using a mailto link, you could add a body= expression to it to fill in the message body. Outlook wouldn't be involved directly at all (and shouldn't be, since there's no assurance that every customer is using Outlook).
