Using Outlook 2003
We have a public folder set up, it holds contacts with custom forms. The entire building has access to the folder and forms and so fourth. The problem is every once in a while we recieve a message on various computers that says something on the lines of: "The form can not be displayed, Outlook will use the default form instead." --why does this occur? how can it be corrected? our goal is to have everyone using the folder and form with out a problem... Three people in the building have "Owner" rights to the folder...does this make a difference? Would appreciate all and any help! Thanks in advance!!! |
