Default blank forms

help, help, help. I'm going crazy, i created a custom form and when I run
the form on my computer then send it to myself it works great I see
everyting. When I fill out the form and send it to another user it's blank.
I'm designing it as html but have tired rtf also with the same result.
please, please tell me i'm not crazy. I'm new to outlook forms design.

Default blank forms

Did you publish the form to the Organizational Forms library so all users can have access to the published form definition?

I'm sorry I wasn't clear. How do I publish to the Organization Forms Library
on the server? I only see local folders. will it show up once it is created
on the server?--

First, ask your Exchange administrator if there is an Organizational Forms library and if you can have permission to publish to it.

Once it has been created and you have been given permissions to publish there.
