Default can i upload template formatted emails to a data base or into exce

I receive formatted emails like this and i need the following data in an
excel sheet or access, which ever is easiest

Date email was sent
Purchase order number
Confirmation number
Inv Number
Employee
Date
Type
Quantity
Rate
Total

date along with details associated with your transaction with xyz.

record retention purposes only!

If you want to write your own code to extract the data, you'll need to parse it with basic text functions. The sample at http://www.outlookcode.com/codedetail.aspx?id=89 provides a generic example of some of those functions.
