Default adding a "print this slide" action button to powerpoint presentat

I have created a presentation to be used by individuals as an instruction
manual and need to have viewers print out the last page to sign and give to
me to prove that they have viewed the presentation. I am dealing with a few
people that are not computer literate so I want to make this as easy as
possible for them, instead of going to their print menu and selecting the
option of printing only the one slide.

Is there a way I can do this?
