showing fields on the front appointment form

Hi - I'd like to know how/if you can customise the first page on an
appointment with new fields....I've put some forms on P.2 but would ideally
like to show them on the 'Appointment' page - I'm new to this, not sure if
I'm missing something fundamental!

No, you can't. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/appointmentform.htm for other appointment form quirks.
