I have an oft file accessible only by hyperlink from a web page. That
is to say, it is not accessible as a public form through Outlook. I would not like users to change any aspect of the form and to just use it. Is there a way that I can disable from the toolbar the "ToolsFormsDesign This Form" ? |

No. You could password-protect the form, but it's not difficult to get the password.
Note also that, beginning with Outlook 2003 SP2, if the form has custom fields defined it in, users must save the file to their local drive and open that file from the Tools | Forms | Choose Form command. THey will not be able to open it from your hyperlink. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Teelions" wrote in message ups.com... Thanks for the reply.
Could I set its permissions to Read Only or would that render it completely inoperable? Btw, I'm using Outlook 2000 SP3. Terry |

Permissions for what? The only things that have permissions in Outlook are folders.
