We have a custom Outlook form in the organizational library and we run a .reg
to link it up. It works fine except if we use OWA or a mobile device to update a contact it shows up immediately in the Outlook detail view and when you open the contact THE FIRST TIME in the custom form the changes are visible. If you close the custom form and make another update, again the change shows up immediately in the Outlook contact view, but now the change will not show up in the custom form unless you close Outlook and open it again. We have read the Outlook 2003 forms cache paper and tried the troubleshooting such as setting the ForceFormReload registry entry, but this is repeatable every time. We are trying to finish a CRM project so any help you can sned our way is appreciated. |
