All the fields listed in the code below populate in the Subject line except
the Sequence number which is a combo box. I asked the user if she wanted to just forego the sequence number or lose the dropdown (only has 10 entries). I put the missing spaces and the seq# still wasn't there. I really need to buy your book! thanks! "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: What in particular doesn't work? Don't forget to put a space between the & and the field name. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "~KO" wrote in message ... Outlook 2000 Subject line is set to populate automatically from certain fields. This is the code: "REF # " & ":" & [Ref No] & " - " & "RefNoDate" & ":" & [RefNoDate] & " - " & "Vendor Name/#" & ":" & [Vendor Name and No] &":" & " - " & "Sequence #" & ":" &[SequenceNo] This is working fine except for the SequenceNo. This is a combo box. Is it possible to set this up? I tried changing SequenceNo to ComboBox1 but it did not work. thanks! |
