We have a form which is filled out by a user and sent to their superviser for
approval for training. The superviser is then meant to send the form onto the training people telling them of his approval. However, for one supervisor, when it arrives in his email the send button is greyed out. The form was designed in Outlook 2003. The supervisor is using Outlook 2002. Other users are using 2002 and have no trouble. Is there a setting or something which we need to find to re-enable the send button or should we republish the form in 2002? |
