Default Creating new field

Hi,

I would like to create a new field in my tasks list that has a similar
feature as the categories field: a list of predefined values. In my case I
need a field with 4 project names of which I can choose one. The
functionality of the "new field.." command in Outlook (I use Outlook 2000)
does not allow to create such a field.

Does anybody has a solution?

Best regards

Michael E.

If you mean that you want to see a drop-down list of predefined values in a Tasks folder table view, there is no solution. Outlook simply has no support for that.
