Hi I have created a form with checkboxes, data fields for a new user
template. When I try to fill out the form's data detail, when I hit reply and send everything is blank. How do I ensure that the form stays filled out. We are using Outlook 2003 on an Exchange server platform. Regards, Jamie |

It's not clear why you're hitting reply. Normally, the way such forms would work is that you'd create a new instance of the form, fill it in, then click Send. The form needs to be published to the Organizational Forms library on the Exchange server with the "send form definition with item" box unchecked.
