I want to customize a Contact Form and the first thing I noticed is the
custom template does not include the photo on the standard GUI that comes up when adding a contact in OL03. How do I add that photo place holder and add in the select photo GUI to link the photo into the contact? |

Outlook 2003 provides no way to do that. You might want to either upgrade to Outlook 2007 and use its form regions feature or do your customization in Outlook 2003 on a new page, leaving the main page intact.

Sue! Thanks! I actually found the answer AFTER I had posted the question-
sorry for wasting your time. I have a couple of other questions, however, they are not on the same issue. I can work w/out the photo.. don't want to.. but I'll live. My next issue is being able to populate data in a contact form from a InfoPath form, specifically, an employee fills out a Leave/Vacation request form and posts it. When sending the form, the requested departure dates, return dates, and various other fields from the form populate the contact data page on which I have made fields. I use the table view to track personnel much like a spreadsheet and am attempting to automate the process. Additionally, I'd like to be able to automate a report button, which, following a supervisor's approval of a given leave request, the applicant then can click print and pull of the approved form with the supervisor's signature. Thanks for your time! Will "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Outlook 2003 provides no way to do that. I'm afraid I'm not up to speed on InfoPath programming, but there are other groups for that. If you need help on the syntax for working with Outlook properties, see http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=38
