Hi,
I have created a simple questionnaire using a table and form design wizard in access. I then use an add-in to create the form as an email which goes to recipients and then comesback and automatically updates the database. I want to do the following: 1. Split the form into sections, as there's too much on one page, and have a message at the beginning when the email opens to inform the recipient of what the questionnaire is about 2. If a recipient clicks on certain radio buttons for the first two questions should then automatically not be allowed to answer the other questions (questionnaire terminates) gets sent back and updates the database. If someone has good links/suggestions on where I can educate myself about doing this would be gratefully recieved aswell Hope you can help F0zz |
