Default Outlook 2007 - Text and Checkbox fields

I have created a Phone message form in Outlook 2007. I can use it, fill it,
and Send it just fine. However, none of the fields are being populated in the
message when I receive it. (I'm sending to myself to test).

How can I get the text fields to populate and checkboxes to stay checked?

Thank you

You have to bind the fields to custom Outlook properties.

Go to http://www.outlookcode.com/d/propsyntax.htm

Thank you Paul -

That makes sense, as I've had to do just that for Word, Excel, and Access.
I should have known better.

Mukeltio is a lovely place.
