I have created a Meeting Request Form with user defined fields. When I
publish then run the form everything seems to work, the text shows in the fileds, Combobox shows drop-down, Subject line shows the combined files. Send a test. When the form is opened the text I entered in the fields are blank, the subject combined text only shows in the form title bar but not in the subject line. Suggestions?
