Default Custom Form - auto resize doesn't

Hello, I modified a standard e-mail form to add a text field and now the
form will not auto resize anymore.
What I find is that, the minute I alter the standard form in any way, the
auto resize stops functioning, even though the auto resize checkbox is
checked.

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but darned if I can figure it out.

Can anyone shed some light on the problem?

Thanks
Jim
