Default How do you change label names when they're imported into a form?

We're on Outlook 2003. I changed the label names for appointments within a
public calendar. I also created a form to use within this calendar and I
imported the "label" field. Within the form, however, the label names remain
the default label names. If I right-click on an appointment (created with
the form), the label names are listed correctly. If I open the same
appointment and go to the forms category, they're incorrect. Is there an
easy way to fix this? I haven't worked with Outlook forms before. Thanks!

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "the forms category." Could you explain in more detail?

I'm sorry -- that was a type-o.

If I right-click on an appointment (created with my form) inside this
calendar, the label names are correct. If I open that same appointment,
though, the names in the "label" drop-down list are incorrect -- they're the
default list.

After I posted my initial question, I saw the previous thread about label
names. This is a public calendar I'm working on, but the label names weren't
a problem until I created the form. They seemed to work correctly earlier.
Is the label field pulling the label names from somewhere other than inside
this particular calendar?

You're the one who edited the label names for the folder, right? Do you have Owner rights to the folder?

If you create an item in this folder using the standard appointment form, does it have the same problem?

Could you check in the Help | About menu and tell us the Outlook build number?

Yes, I have owner rights to the folder and I'm the one who changed the label
names. We originally created appointments in the folder using the standard
appointment form, and we didn't have a problem with the label names at that
point. (I just tested that again by creating a new appointment with the
standard form, and the label names are fine.)

We're on Outlook 2003 (11.8206.8202) SP3
