Default Modifying Outlook contacts form

I have been able to modify the contacts form to apply to new contacts but I
would like to be able to modify the form that has been used for existing
contacts. Alternatively as a work around what is the easiest way to get data
from the existing contacts into my new contacts form?

Also how do you edit again a (contacts) form that you have designed yourself?

#1: If you want to open a contact with a specific user form, change the
item's MessageClass property.

#2: Open the form, then click Tools/Formulars etc.
