Outlook 2003: When the reading pane is visible, header items such as
subject, from, to, are displayed. In a customised form for telephone messages (based on message type form), how do I set a custom textbox and checkbox to display in the preview area either in the header or between the header and the message text area? The checkboxes are for TELEPHONED RETURNED YOUR CALL PLEASE CALL etc. I want the message recipient to be able to see these items in the preview pane & not have to open the message. |
