Default Form Buttons

I have appointment forms that I have been using for years. The calendars
are for salesmen so everyone has access and permissions to view , add,
update, delete. The forms have buttons to upload appointment data to a
survey database in Access. Everyone has been able to make an appointment and
then click the button to upload the data to the Access database.
But lately users have lost that ability, when the button is clicked
nothing happens, it is still the correct version of form they are
displaying. The odd thing is that the button works when the salesperson
clicks it on their computer. So the button only works for the calendar's
owner.
These forms were created in outlook 2000 on my Exchange 2000 server, and
we are now at Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2005. Is it a security problem I am
dealing with? I am using Public folder Outlook Security Settings and group
policy for security. Thanks for any help.

Are these items located in a folder in a secondary mailbox? If so, see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/ol2003problems.htm, under Forms in Other Mailboxes

THey are in a shared calendar.

Outlook 2003 includes a new setting -- turned off by default -- to allow
forms in shared mailboxes to run script. You can change the setting by
choosing Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options and checking the box for
Allow script in shared folders.

Thanks for the link that fixed it.
