Ref: Office 2003 Outlook
I recently bought a new pc and transferred with Windows Easy Transfer the files from the old XP to my new Vista. Almost everything works and I can see my files and view my contacts lists. However, when I go to create a new email, when I click on the TO: the names are not available. When I select a contacts list and click on properties I can see the list, but when I tab to Outlook Address Book the "show this folder as an email address book" is grayed out and can not be selected. When I view existing directories and address book I do see Outlook Address Book with a type of MAPI. I have re-imported currentcontacts.pst from the old computer but it still does not appear. Please help, I am at the end of my expertise! Thanks, Frank |
