Default custom forms

Created a custom task form. Need to export all custom fields and their
information to a spreadsheet and/or database. Copy/paste results dont
include all of the fields. Any other way to export. Outlook's
File-Import/Export tool doesn't seem to work when dealing with custom
fields.

Thanks,

Tom

Did you display all the fields you wanted to export? Anything hidden won't
be copied.

The alternatives are to write your own custom VBA code or to use a
third-party application. See http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=23

Sue,

All fields are displayed, which was the thing that keyed me to the missing
data.
