I work as an IT officer and i cant seem to pin down and fix this error and
unfortunately the Receptionist who has the error is getting antsy. My problem is we created a custom designed form and was working perfectly but had to re install full version of officer due to a new storage server going in and the install package was moved. Anyway after the new install i got everything back up quickly went in to design the form it was still there in personal folders so published it then saved it as to the desktop in the past this used to work. Well now when i click the link it errors out saying the custom form could not open. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead, Now i tried everything the show help says to do 1 update service pack 2 clear form cache and 3 had nothing to do with what i was doing so now u see im stuck and dont know what to do please help me |
