I have added customized fields to the standard Outlook Contact form, but when
I try to import data it doesn't recognize the custom fields. Can you tell me how to do this? |

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write custom code or use a third-party application. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm.
