Default Adding Text to an existing form

I have a Outlook form that is already created with a picture in the body of
the form. I would like to add some instructional text but cannot get a text
box to appear in the email. I have created buttons and text boxes and while
I can see them in design view, when I use the form, the text does not appear.

Do you have separate form designs for the Compose and Read pages?

I found the buttons and copied the text from the compose page to the read
page and saved. I will try that and get back with you if I still have a
problem.
