Default List Box - Selecting Multiple Items (Saving)

I'm using O2003. On P.2 page (I renamed), I created a list box, multi-
select, ListStyle - Option, entered some values. I published the form,
however, when a check an item and save it, the items get unchecked.
What am I missing?

Thanks.
