Please describe in more detail what exactly you want to print, and give your
version of Outlook. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook 2007 Programming: Jumpstart for Power Users and Administrators http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=54 "G020977" wrote in message ... |

I have a similar question. I have Outlook 2007 and have created a group
calendar view for "support staff". Is there any way to print this "view". I have the Calendar Print Assistant for Outlook 2007. Thanks in advance. Same question. What exactly do you mean by "a group calendar view"?

From Outlook Calendar, click Actions on the toolbar, then View Group
Schedules. I have several groups listed that I created. I open one of them and it shows schedules for every member of that group. "Sue Mosher [MVP]" wrote: Same question. Outlook provides no way to print what you see on such a group schedule.
There are, however, third-party tools that might help.
