Default e-mail form

Outlook 2003 SP3

Hi,

I've made several custom task forms, so I understand how to access a new
form and how to design and publish it.

But what I don't understand is when you create a new e-mail, what form is
using? I would like to create a custom e-mail form. Is that possible?

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question - I feel dumb asking it!

Thanks,
Joel

Default e-mail form

A new message uses the default message form, which has the message class
IPM.Note.

Custom message forms are limited in their usefulness, because many
organizations cannot meet the prerequisites for their use. See
