I have a custom appointment form for booking meeting rooms. On the send event
I have programmed the form to send to the helpdesk inbox in addition to the recipients so we can set up Audio/Video if needed. This is helpful to an extent but the ticketing system we use only processes emails from the helpdesk inbox, not appoinment items. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how I could program an email message with key information from fields on the Appointment item to be sent to the helpdesk inbox so it may be processed in the ticketing system? Thank you, Jennifer |
