Is there a way to create an outlook 2007 form or template that has
un-editable text and text entry fields or possibly Y/N check boxes or radio buttons? The un-editable text would be one question per line requiring an answer the idea would be that the recipient would tab from one field to the next, respond to the question and send the e-mail back |
