Default Outlook 2003 saving option button

Hello again, here's my new problem, my form has 2 separate sets of option buttons inside a frame. Each frame is just a simple yes and no but when I click on File-Save and then close and reopen the post the state of the option buttons is lost. How do I save the state of the option buttons? .

Any time you want to retain data that the user enters in a custom form
control, you need to bind that control to a custom or standard field:
